Business Development Analyst

Role & responsibilities

• Research market trends, reports, and competitor activities to identify business opportunities and recommend actionable insights.
• Prepare and send price quotations to international clients, while tracking orders and improving order-processing efficiency.
• Monitor product portfolios, conduct competitor benchmarking, and identify opportunities for business development.
• Collaborate with Sales, Procurement, and Product teams to drive business outcomes and streamline processes.
• Analyze data and KPIs using Excel and Power BI to provide actionable insights for management.
• Prepare business presentations, market research reports, and strategic planning inputs.
• Identify data trends and process improvement opportunities to support informed decision-making.

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Chemistry, Life Sciences, Commerce, or any other discipline.
• 12 years of relevant experience in business analysis, market research, sales operations, or data management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with Power BI dashboards.
• Knowledge of AI tools such as ChatGPT and Claude AI for data analysis is an added advantage.
• Certifications in Power BI, Business Analytics, or Data Science are desirable.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into actionable solutions and present insights clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Working Days

Monday to Saturday (Saturday: Half Day)

Salary

30,000 - 37,000 per month + Bonus
