Business Development Analyst
You will support the full fundraising and partnership deal cycle: research, investor sourcing and outreach, meeting preparation, data analysis, valuation support, follow-ups, documentation, scheduling, deal closing, and investor onboarding. You will communicate with global partners and work flexibly across their time zones.
Responsibilities
- Conduct strategic research and write investment decks
- Travel overseas for investor relations, business development, and sales
- Source and contact global institutional investors and partners
- Lead communications and manage global business relationships
- Analyze data and support valuation before and after CEO meetings
- Prepare meetings, follow up, organize documentation, schedule activities, and support investor onboarding
- Execute work flexibly and promptly across global partner time zones
Requirements
- Internship experience at a global investment bank, private equity firm, asset manager, or securities firm
- Understanding of company analysis, financial structures, and valuation
- Full professional English fluency for business discussions and reports
- Experience using AI tools
- A GitHub repository demonstrating AI-tool experience
- Deep knowledge of crypto, blockchain, and markets
