Business Development and Advisory Associate
You will work directly with the CEO's office team to drive and support company-wide projects. You will source M&A targets, support business and financial due diligence, conduct valuations, organize contract negotiation points, assist with PMI, develop strategic alliances, research new markets, create business plans and revenue models, promote PoCs, and support client M&A and real estate securitization projects.

Requirements
- Approximately 3 years of professional work experience
- Ability to structure business models and strategic logic into clear PowerPoint slides
- Excel data aggregation skills
- Ability to independently build project-level business plans and numerical simulations
- Strong willingness to learn English
