Business Development and AI Project Executive (Monee Credit Product)

• Support the development and execution of go-to-market plans and growth initiatives for the company’s lending business.
• Assist in coordinating projects from research and planning through implementation and performance tracking.
• Help identify opportunities to apply AI and data-driven solutions to lending, customer acquisition, credit operations, and customer experience.
• Gather business needs and help translate them into project requirements, use cases, and success measures.
• Coordinate project timelines, meetings, action items, and follow-ups across business and technical teams.
• Support AI project development and rollout, including research, documentation, user testing, launch coordination, and post-launch monitoring.
• Work with Risk, Compliance, Operations, Product, Marketing, Data, and Engineering teams to support responsible and effective project delivery.
• Conduct market, customer, and competitor research.
• Track project milestones, business KPIs, and campaign or AI solution performance; summarize results and flag issues.
• Prepare business cases, presentations, project updates, and recommendations for internal stakeholders.
• Support product launches, market expansion, customer acquisition, and process improvement initiatives.
• Help identify operational bottlenecks and opportunities to improve project processes and efficiency.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Business Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 3 years of experience in business development, project coordination, product, analytics, consulting, fintech, or a related area.
• Relevant project experience in AI are welcome.
• Interest in fintech lending and in applying AI or data-driven solutions to business problems.
• Familiarity with AI, machine learning, or generative AI concepts; hands-on experience through coursework, internships, or projects is a plus.
• Strong research and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and communicate useful findings.
• Able to organize project tasks, coordinate across teams, and follow through on deadlines.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain business needs to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable supporting multiple initiatives at once.
• Exposure to credit products, lending operations, risk, or financial services is a plus.
