Business Development and Analytical Marketing

About the role

We are looking to incorporate a person into the Marketing team at our headquarters in Orihuela (Alicante).

What you'll do

• A person accustomed to analyzing business-related data to generate commercial campaigns.
• Implementation of data-driven audience strategies to improve campaign performance and marketing efficiency.
• Management and optimization of campaigns across multiple channels.
• Monitoring of commercial planning and reporting for the office network.
• High capacity for organization through CRM, as well as developing commercial actions through CRM.
• Capable of managing a catalog of products and conditions.
• Utilize key insights from customers, business, creativity, and media to design, complete, and supervise integrated campaign tools, offering easy-to-implement solutions for the market and the sales team.
• Experience in the design and management of digital marketing, advertising, and social media strategies. Proficiency with tools such as: DaVinci, Inshot, or Capcut.
• Attitudes such as creativity, strategic thinking, effective communication skills, and complex problem-solving.
• Context in project management, teamwork, and budget management.

What we're looking for

• University degree in Business Administration (ADE), Marketing, or a related field.
• A person accustomed to managing databases.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in similar positions.
• Previous experience in an environment related to the banking or financial industry will be valued.

Nice to have

• Master's in Marketing and Market Research, Digital Marketing, Commercial Management, or similar.
