We're Hiring: Advisor – Business Development and Operational Excellence
We're looking for an experienced Advisor to join a leading healthcare organization in Dubai. This role sits close to the COO and Clinical Operations leadership, shaping decisions on business development, healthcare analytics, and operational performance.
What you'll do:
- Assess market trends and service gaps to identify growth opportunities
- Evaluate business cases, expansion proposals, and strategic partnerships
- Turn operational and clinical data into executive-level insights and recommendations
- Drive operational excellence initiatives that improve efficiency and patient experience
- Support executive governance forums and strategic reporting
What you bring:
- Master's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Health Informatics, Data Analytics, Operations Management, or a related field (Doctoral degree a plus)
- 15+ years of progressive experience in healthcare business development, analytics, strategy, or performance improvement
- 2-3 years supporting executive leadership in large healthcare organizations
- Strong analytical, financial, and stakeholder management skills
