Role Overview
The Business Development Assistant will support the team in identifying business opportunities, developing partner relationships and coordinating commercial activities for our global eSIM business. This role involves market research, prospect outreach, partner follow-up and administrative support to help move opportunities from initial contact through onboarding and launch.
Key Responsibilities
- Research potential clients, distributors, affiliate partners and strategic partners across international markets.
- Build and maintain prospect lists, contact records and business development trackers.
- Support outreach through email, LinkedIn and other relevant channels, and follow up on enquiries and partnership discussions.
- Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas and meeting notes, and track agreed follow-up actions.
- Assist in preparing company introductions, partnership proposals, presentations and quotations using approved materials and commercial terms.
- Support partner onboarding by collecting required information, coordinating documentation and tracking launch readiness.
- Liaise with product, marketing, operations, finance and technical teams to address partner requests and support agreed activities.
- Assist with affiliate campaigns, industry events and other partner acquisition initiatives.
- Prepare regular updates on outreach activity, partner engagement, opportunity progress and outstanding tasks.
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to the business development team.
Requirements
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or a related discipline.
- Fresh graduates are welcome; relevant internship or experience in business development, sales or account support is an advantage.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
- Good research, organisational and follow-up skills, with attention to detail.
- Comfortable using spreadsheets, presentation tools and customer relationship management systems.
- Able to manage multiple tasks, work collaboratively and communicate professionally with international partners.
- Proactive, willing to learn and interested in digital products, travel or telecommunications.
