Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Plan, schedule, and implement the approach to acquiring retail accounts relevant to our business
- Suggest and propose new ideas and initiatives to management
- Providing quality training to front-line staff, review statistic and identifying business opportunities and performance improvements. Regular training and store visits
- Able to Build multi-level relations with Finance, Operations, Marketing, Training, IT teams
- Improve merchants’ knowledge to ensure retention
Requirements:
- Strategic thinking and analytical abilities
- Retail experience preferred
- Self-driven with outgoing personality
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure
