Business Development Assistant Manager

Key Responsibilities

•⁠ ⁠Assist in outreach to potential partners and businesses for collaborations

•⁠ Development marketing campaigns both online & offline to funnel interested leads

•⁠ ⁠Introduce partnership opportunities and arrange meetings with interested parties

•⁠ ⁠Follow up with leads and coordinate discussions with the Business Development team

•⁠ ⁠Support partnership onboarding and documentation

•⁠ ⁠Manage contact lists and update lead tracking sheets

•⁠ ⁠Assist with basic administrative tasks and coordination

Requirements

•⁠ ⁠Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field

•⁠ ⁠Good communication and interpersonal skills

•⁠ ⁠Comfortable speaking to new contacts and partners

•⁠ ⁠Organised and able to manage follow-ups and coordination

•⁠ ⁠Proficient in basic tools such as Excel / Google Sheet

•⁠ ⁠Fundamentals in Digital Marketing Campaigns

•⁠ ⁠Experience in outreach, partnerships, or business development

•⁠ ⁠Experience working with marketing or events teams
