Angi is seeking a hungry, highly motivated Business Development Associate (BDA) to join our Large Pro (Enterprise) Sales team. This is an entry-level position designed to jumpstart your career in tech and enterprise sales. You will lay the groundwork for high-impact partnerships, mastering the fundamentals of business development, pipeline creation, and prospect qualification.

About the team
The Enterprise Business Development team drives growth by securing top-tier accounts that generate millions in revenue. We operate as a high-energy, collaborative unit where continuous learning and performance are celebrated. You will work alongside seasoned sales leaders who are committed to mentoring and developing your career trajectory.
What you’ll do:
Build the Pipeline: Identify and research high-potential enterprise prospects using digital tools and market research.
Outreach & Engagement: Execute multi-channel outreach—including cold calling, strategic emailing, and social prospecting—to connect with VP and C-Level executives.
Qualify & Book: Assess prospective client needs and secure qualified sales meetings for Senior Enterprise Directors.
Learn & Execute: Participate in continuous sales training and adapt quickly to feedback, mastering sales methodologies and industry knowledge.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Account Managers to ensure smooth handoffs for newly closed enterprise accounts.
Track & Communicate: Maintain clear records of activity in our CRM and communicate pipeline progress with team leadership.
In this role, you will need:
0–2 years of professional, athletic, or campus leadership experience
A Bachelor's degree is required
A strong drive to launch a long-term career in enterprise sales (no prior cold-calling experience required)
Coachability and an eagerness to apply feedback to refine your skill set
High energy, resilience, and a competitive mindset
Clear verbal and written communication skills
Compensation & Benefits
$45,000 - $75,000
Base pay $21.63/hr + uncapped performance-based commission paid monthly
Annual on-target earnings (OTE) $75,000
