We’re Hiring: Business Development Associate
Cino Group, Taiwan’s leading barcode scanner manufacturer with 35+ years of design and manufacturing excellence, is looking for a Business Development Associate to join our growing global team.
We welcome candidates with 1–3 years of technical sales experience in embedded applications, especially in IPC, Retail Tech, Healthcare, or Robotic Automation.
Fresh graduates with a strong interest and clear career plan in business development are also encouraged to apply!
What You’ll Do:
- Promote and sell Cino barcode scanner solutions, focusing on OEM products
- Identify and develop channel partners and strategic accounts
- Explore embedded business opportunities in target markets
- Work with decision makers to spec-in and close OEM projects
- Build and maintain customer relationships for long-term success
- Support business planning and sales target achievement
