HIRING: BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT ASSOCIATE
Location: Costain, Lagos (Hybrid)
Salary: ₦300,000

Key Responsibilities
• Generate sales and revenue for the company.
• Drive business growth through lead generation and client acquisition.
• Build and manage an active sales pipeline.
• Conduct market research and prepare proposals and pitches.
• Prospect, follow up, and support client onboarding.
• Collaborate with internal teams and attend networking events.

Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years' experience in business development, sales, or marketing.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and research skills.
• Experience in media, branding, marketing, or consulting is an added advantage.
