Business Development Associate Developer Ecosystem

You identify and pursue partnerships with early-stage builders and convert interest into active ZeroDev integrations. You pitch Kernel and modular account infrastructure to developer teams, manage leads through technical evaluation, hand off opportunities to sales engineering, represent ZeroDev at industry events, and source leads through Twitter and Discord. You should bring business development experience, crypto ecosystem knowledge, smart account expertise, strong communication skills, AI workflow experience, and a results-oriented approach.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue partnerships with early-stage builders
• Convert builder interest into active ZeroDev integrations
• Pitch ZeroDev’s Kernel and modular account infrastructure to developer teams
• Track leads and nurture them from initial interest through technical evaluation
• Hand off leads to sales engineering for deeper integration support
• Represent ZeroDev at hackathons, demo days, and industry events
• Engage and source leads on Twitter and Discord
• Position ZeroDev in relevant account abstraction conversations

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in business development or a similar role
• Experience engaging with early-stage developers and contributing to crypto or Web3 ecosystems
• Practical knowledge of smart accounts, EIP-4337, EIP-7702, and related developer tooling
• Experience using social platforms, particularly Crypto Twitter, to generate qualified leads
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience using AI tools such as Claude and ChatGPT to optimize and automate workflows
• Experience defining and measuring outcomes, including converting prospective builders into active users
• Technical background in engineering, developer relations, or product management is a plus
• Understanding of ERC-4337 and EIP-7702 is a plus
