elt is a corporate language and cultural training company helping global organisations communicate and lead across borders. We work with HR, L&D, and Global Mobility leaders — and we're looking for a hungry, self-starting graduate to help us grow.
This is a commission-only, fully remote role. Your earnings are uncapped and entirely in your hands. The more you sell, the more you make.
What you'll do
- Identify and reach out to potential clients in HR, L&D, and Global Mobility
- Support the full sales cycle — from research and outreach to meetings and follow-up
- Help build our pipeline and track activity in our CRM
- Represent elt professionally across email, LinkedIn, and calls
- Grow into a full sales role as the business scales
What we're looking for
- Recent graduate (any degree discipline welcome)
- A natural communicator who enjoys talking to people
- Ambitious, self-motivated, and hungry to learn
- Organised and comfortable working independently
- Interest in language, culture, or international business is a big plus
