Business Development Associate | Entry Level
Your first role doesn’t have to be your forever role. But it should teach you something valuable.
We’re looking for individuals who want hands-on experience in sales, business development, customer acquisition and leadership.
You’ll start by learning the fundamentals — communicating with customers, representing brands and understanding how successful campaigns generate results.
As your capabilities grow, you’ll have opportunities to take on greater responsibilities within the team.
What You’ll Develop:
Sales & Customer Acquisition
Learn how to approach customers, identify needs and communicate solutions effectively.
Business Communication
Build confidence presenting ideas and communicating with different personalities.
Campaign Execution
Gain hands-on exposure to face-to-face marketing campaigns and events.
Team & Leadership Development
Learn how teams are coached, developed and supported towards common targets.
Who We’re Looking For
• Driven and willing to learn
• Comfortable interacting with people
• Receptive to coaching and feedback
• Interested in personal and professional growth
• Enjoys working towards measurable goals
• Wants practical business exposure rather than purely classroom learning
Previous experience isn’t essential.
Fresh graduates, ORD personnel and career switchers are welcome. Training and mentorship will be provided.
If you’re looking for an entry-level opportunity to strengthen your communication, sales and business skills while taking on progressively greater challenges, we’d like to hear from you.
