Business Development Associate

Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated Business Development Associate to guide Indian nurses about overseas career opportunities in Germany and promote German language training programs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Connect with nurses and counsel them about job opportunities in Germany.
• Promote and sell German language training packages.
• Follow up with leads via calls, WhatsApp, and emails.
• Maintain lead records and achieve monthly sales targets.
• Coordinate with training and operations teams for candidate onboarding.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in any discipline.
• 02 years of experience in sales, counselling, or business development.
• Freshers with excellent communication skills can apply.
• Strong English communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
• Target-oriented and customer-focused mindset.
