Business Development Associate

Engage prospective clients, tailor blockchain solutions, build strategic partnerships, manage ecosystem partners, create proposals and presentations, negotiate contracts, close deals, support project delivery, maintain the sales pipeline, research target clients, report sales performance, generate leads with channel partners, and organize lead-generation events.

Responsibilities

• Engage prospective clients to understand business needs and tailor blockchain solutions.
• Nurture strategic partnerships across blockchain, Web3, and crypto.
• Identify, onboard, and manage ecosystem partners, including blockchain projects, startups, investors, and developers.
• Create proposals, deliver sales presentations, negotiate contracts, close deals, and support successful project delivery.
• Build and maintain a sales pipeline.
• Conduct market research to identify target clients and report sales performance to stakeholders.
• Work with channel partners and marketing to generate leads and complete the sales cycle.
• Collaborate with marketing to organize online and offline lead-generation events.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of proven experience in business development, sales, or related roles, preferably in blockchain or cryptocurrency.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong network within the blockchain industry, including crypto founders, venture capital firms, startups, investors, and industry influencers.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
