Business Development Associate
Klarna, briefly
At Klarna, we're building an everyday finance network, helping over 120 million consumers across 26 countries save time and money, and worry less about their finances. Working here means taking on problems most companies never get to solve, and being hands-on enough that the interesting part of the work lands with you, not someone else — you'll build with AI, not watch it happen.
This is the stretch zone. Come find out what you're capable of.
About the role
You will be part of one of Klarna's Partner Success Teams, focusing on growing and maximizing value from an existing book of business across the Dutch market. You will support the building and execution of joint business plans with strategic partners, identifying expansion opportunities and driving increased adoption of Klarna's products and services. By working closely with internal teams across analytics, marketing, delivery, and product, you will help translate data into clear actions that unlock partner growth. You will support senior stakeholder relationships, including C-level executives, and contribute to consistent engagement, alignment on priorities, and measurable commercial outcomes. In a fast-paced and evolving environment, you will execute with pace and clarity, helping partners and Klarna achieve sustainable growth together.
