Business Development Associate Manager

What you will do:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities to drive revenue growth
- Build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients
- Understand clients' business objectives and translate them into research solutions
- Prepare research briefs and collaborate with internal research teams
- Lead client presentations, pitches, and commercial negotiations
- Manage accounts to ensure client satisfaction and long-term partnerships
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts
- Monitor pipeline performance and contribute to revenue growth targets
What we're looking for:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, Psychology, Social Sciences, or related fieldsor related fields
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Market Research, Consulting, Advertising, Media Agency, or related industries
- Proven experience in client-facing, sales, business development, or account management roles
- Strong understanding of quantitative and qualitative research methodologies
- Experience in preparing research proposals and project cost estimations
- Familiarity with consumer insights, brand tracking, U&A, segmentation, product testing, and customer experience studies
