About DScribe
DScribe, by Unriddle Technologies Pvt Ltd, builds clinical operating infrastructure for Indian hospitals. Our tablet-and-stylus platform replaces paper inpatient records without asking doctors to change how they work. Doctors keep writing by hand, and DScribe takes care of the rest: shared access across the care team, NABH compliance, AI-generated discharge summaries and operational insights. The result is less paperwork for doctors, better coordination for care teams and clearer visibility for hospital management. Having grown largely through word of mouth, we are now building the team that will take DScribe to hospitals across India.
About the job

We are hiring two Business Development Associates to cover Karnataka and Tamil Nadu. You will be the face of DScribe in your region, meeting hospitals, building relationships and learning enterprise sales hands-on, guided by the BD Lead.
Responsibilities
- Identify and visit hospitals in your assigned region.
- Reach out to prospects through calls, email, WhatsApp and in-person meetings.
- Qualify leads and schedule meetings and product demos.
- Support proposals and follow-ups, and progressively lead client conversations.
- Keep CRM records accurate and meet weekly activity targets.
- Build long-term relationships with hospital owners, administrators and clinical staff.
Minimum qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Fluency in English and the relevant local language: Kannada for Karnataka or Tamil for Tamil Nadu.
- Willingness to travel regularly for field visits within the assigned region.
Preferred qualifications
- Up to 2 years of experience in sales or a client-facing role. Fresh graduates are welcome.
- Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or a related field.
- Confident communicator who enjoys meeting people.
- Target-oriented, resilient and open to feedback.
- Ability to speak Hindi.
Growth path
Strong performers can grow into Senior BD Associate or Account Executive roles. Early team members grow with the company.
