Join Our Ford Dealership Team!

Are you outgoing, motivated, and great at connecting with people? Green Ford is looking for a Business Development Center (BDC) Representative to join our growing team!

As a BDC Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for many of our customers. You'll help create a great customer experience by responding to internet leads, following up with prospective buyers, scheduling appointments, and helping our sales team turn opportunities into customers.

What You'll Do

• Respond promptly to incoming internet, phone, and customer inquiries

• Make outbound calls and follow up with prospective customers

• Schedule and confirm sales and service appointments

• Build relationships with customers through phone, text, and email

• Maintain accurate customer information and follow-up activity in the CRM

• Work closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth handoff to the dealership

• Follow up with missed appointments and unsold customers

• Meet and exceed monthly appointment and performance goals

• Provide an exceptional customer experience from the first interaction

What We're Looking For

• Positive, energetic, and professional personality

• Excellent communication and listening skills

• Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone

• Strong follow-up and organizational skills

• Goal-oriented and motivated to earn

• Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment

• Automotive or dealership experience is a plus, but not required

• Previous BDC, call center, sales, or customer service experience is a plus
