Business Development Coordinator

What You'll Do

• Answer inbound sales calls and assist customers with their inquiries
• Respond promptly to internet leads
• Schedule appointments for our Sales Representatives
• Follow up with customers through email and text messaging
• Provide information about vehicle inventory, products, and services
• Deliver exceptional customer service with every interaction
• Support the sales team with administrative and customer communication tasks

What We're Looking For

• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Basic computer proficiency
• Pleasant and confident phone presence
• Previous customer service experience preferred
• Automotive dealership experience is a plus, but not required
