We are seeking a Business Development Director to lead business growth, strategic partnerships, and overseas market expansion.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute business expansion strategies to drive growth in local and overseas markets
Identify and evaluate new business opportunities in Singapore and international markets through market research
Establish and manage strategic business partnerships to enhance company presence and collaboration
Lead cross-border projects and oversee overseas market development initiatives to achieve expansion goals
Negotiate commercial and partnership agreements to secure favorable terms and strengthen relationships
Represent the company in local and overseas business meetings to promote business objectives and build networks
Achieve targeted business growth and revenue objectives through strategic planning and execution

Preferred competencies and qualifications
Experience in cross-border business to support international expansion efforts

Willingness to travel overseas for business development activities

Proficiency in English and Mandarin to effectively communicate with relevant business partners
