: Business Development Director

Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and capable Business Development Director to drive business growth, establish strategic partnerships, and expand our client network.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and develop new business opportunities.

- Build and maintain relationships with clients, suppliers, and business partners.

- Prepare business proposals and negotiate commercial agreements.

- Explore opportunities in manpower supply, facilities management, cleaning, logistics, and construction support services.

- Coordinate with internal teams to meet client requirements.

- Develop strategies to expand the business and achieve growth targets.

Requirements

- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Good business development and client relationship management abilities.

- Ability to work independently and meet business objectives.

- Relevant business development or management experience is preferred.

- Good English communication skills.
