Business Development Director

Responsibilities
Develop and implement the Company's business development strategy.

Identify new business opportunities and expand the Company's market presence.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, developers, contractors, suppliers, and government agencies.

Lead business negotiations, contract discussions, and commercial proposals.

Prepare tender strategies and coordinate business development activities.

Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to identify growth opportunities.

Work closely with the engineering, project management, procurement, and commercial teams to support project acquisition.

Establish strategic partnerships to strengthen the Company's competitiveness.

Represent the Company in meetings, networking events, and industry conferences.

Prepare business development reports and provide strategic recommendations to senior management.

Lead and mentor the business development team to achieve business targets.
Requirements
At least 8–10 years of business development experience, preferably within the construction or engineering industry.

Strong understanding of Singapore's construction market and procurement practices.

Experience in government and private sector projects is preferred.

Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Strong analytical and strategic planning capabilities.

Ability to establish and maintain long-term client relationships.

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
