Business Development|DPI South Partner Management|M04

Jubilant FoodWorks Limited is seeking a proactive Business Development professional (M04) for the DPI South Partner Management team. The role focuses on managing landlord and stakeholder engagements, optimizing rental costs, overseeing agreement renewals, and ensuring timely registrations to support the growth of our DPI network in the southern region.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with landlords, property owners, and key stakeholders.
• Identify and negotiate rental savings opportunities across existing and new locations.
• Lead the end‑to‑end process for lease agreement renewals, ensuring favorable terms.
• Coordinate all registration activities required for new and existing DPI outlets.
• Monitor lease compliance and address any contractual issues promptly.
• Collaborate with finance and operations teams to align rental strategies with business goals.
• Prepare and present regular reports on rental performance, savings, and renewal status.
• Conduct market research to anticipate landlord trends and potential risks.
• Support site selection and expansion initiatives by providing landlord insights.
• Ensure adherence to corporate policies, legal requirements, and internal SOPs.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in landlord management, lease negotiations, or business development.
• Proven track record of achieving rental cost reductions.
• Strong negotiation and influencing skills with senior stakeholders.
• Excellent analytical abilities and proficiency in financial modeling.
• Effective communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
• Knowledge of commercial real estate laws and regulations in the southern region.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools.
• Self‑motivated, detail‑oriented, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
