Business Development Executive
Job Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management, preferably in the construction or engineering industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Knowledge of construction projects, tendering processes, and industry practices is an advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Willing to travel for client meetings and site visits when required.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities and maintain relationships with existing clients.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and presentations.
- Source and monitor construction tenders and project opportunities.
- Coordinate with internal teams to prepare tender submissions and project proposals.
- Conduct market research and analyze industry trends.
- Negotiate contracts and commercial terms with clients.
- Attend client meetings, networking events, and industry exhibitions.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
- Perform other business development duties as assigned.
