Our client, a leading Japanese car leasing and rental company, is seeking a Business Development Executive (Automobile Finance).

【 Responsibilities 】

- Prospect and develop new or used car dealers and business opportunities.

- Build and maintain strong business relationships with existing and prospective dealers.

- Develop strategies to grow the company’s automotive financing business and market share.

- Support marketing, promotional, and branding initiatives.

- Identify new products and business opportunities.

- Achieve assigned KPI.

- Assess customers’ creditworthiness and credit risks for financing applications.

【 What You Will Receive 】

- Variable Bonus (based on company and individual performance)

- Annual Leave: 14 days (up to 20 days based on tenure)

【 Requirements & Preferences 】

- Diploma or Degree in any business discipline

- Minimum 1 year of experience in corporate sales

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively

- Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise and multi-task

- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word and PowerPoint

- Independent, meticulous and committed to providing high-quality work

- Class 3 driving licence
