Business Development Executive – B2B Corporate Sales (Outdoor)

Black Pearl Consult is hiring for a confidential client looking to expand its commercial presence in the UAE.

We are seeking a results-driven B2B Sales / Business Development professional who can independently generate new corporate business, build relationships with decision-makers, and drive revenue across the UAE market.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop new B2B corporate accounts across the UAE.
  
• Conduct field visits, client meetings, prospecting and networking.
  
• Build relationships with HR, Marketing, Procurement and Administration teams.
  
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to negotiation and closure.
  
• Maintain a strong sales pipeline and develop repeat corporate business.
  

Requirements

• 4–5 years of B2B corporate sales / business development experience, with strong exposure to field or outdoor sales.
  
• Proven UAE sales experience is mandatory, with a sound understanding of the Dubai and wider UAE corporate market.
  
• An established corporate network, client database or proven track record of developing relationships with HR, Marketing, Procurement or other corporate decision-makers in the UAE.
  
• Demonstrated success in acquiring new accounts rather than managing only existing customers.
  
• Strong prospecting, networking, negotiation and closing capabilities.
  
• Confidence conducting face-to-face meetings with senior corporate stakeholders.
  
• Ability to independently build and manage a sales pipeline and work against revenue targets.
  
• Strong communication and presentation skills in English.
  
• A UAE driving licence and ability to travel for client meetings would be highly advantageous.
