Business Development Executive | Client Engagement

Considering a career switch but don’t want to start completely from zero?

We’re looking for individuals with experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, recruitment, banking, property, telesales or other client-facing industries to join our Sales & Marketing team.

Many skills developed in previous roles — communication, relationship building, customer service and problem solving — are transferable to business development.

Training will be provided for the role and industry.

Key Responsibilities

* Represent established brands through face-to-face customer engagement

* Build rapport with customers

* Identify customer requirements

* Present products and services

* Handle enquiries and objections

* Develop customer relationship and communication skills

* Participate in roadshows, events and marketing campaigns

* Attend training and coaching sessions

* Work towards individual and team objectives

* Contribute to team activities and campaigns

Requirements

* Full-time availability

* Previous customer-facing experience preferred

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills

* Mature and professional attitude

* Willingness to learn a new industry

* Comfortable working in a performance-driven environment

* Able to work independently and within a team

Salary & Benefits
