Business Development Executive (Construction) (ID6111)
Location: City Hall
Salary: $4,000 – $5,000
Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
Key Responsibilities
• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the construction sector
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
• Prepare and deliver presentations to potential clients
• Support the creation of marketing materials such as newsletters and proposals
• Collaborate with internal teams to support project acquisition efforts
• Ensure familiarity with contract frameworks such as REDAS Design & Build and SIA Form of Contract
