Business Development Executive (Freight Forwarding/Logistics)

• Identify and secure new business opportunities in freight forwarding, shipping and logistics, expanding the company's customer base across Southeast Asia, China, India and the Middle East.
• Promote NVOCC services, sea freight, air freight, import/export, customs clearance, warehousing and transportation solutions to potential customers.
• Leverage an existing portfolio of clients and industry contacts to drive immediate business development and generate revenue.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate freight rates and commercial terms, and achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships while coordinating with operations and customer service teams to ensure efficient shipment handling and high service standards.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management or a related discipline.
• At least 4 years of sales experience in the freight forwarding, shipping or logistics industry.
• Established customer portfolio and proven ability to generate business in freight forwarding or NVOCC services.
• Good knowledge of international shipping procedures, Incoterms, customs regulations and shipping documentation.
• Experience in sea freight and air freight sales, including pricing and rate negotiations.
• Strong business development, communication, negotiation and client relationship management skills.
