Job Summary
Lead business development efforts by identifying new opportunities, managing client relationships, and driving sales growth through strategic planning, market analysis, and effective negotiation.
Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, industry events, and online platforms to expand the client base
- Build and maintain strong client relationships by understanding their needs and tailoring solutions to meet their requirements
- Develop and implement sales strategies to penetrate target markets, increase market share, and drive revenue growth
- Prepare customized proposals and presentations that clearly communicate landscaping services, pricing, and value propositions to clients
- Negotiate contract terms and conditions to secure mutually beneficial agreements with clients
- Conduct market research and analyze industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify opportunities for service enhancements and differentiation
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and revenue forecasts to track performance and inform decision-making
