Your role at HFM:
- Identify new potential business opportunities.
- Be responsible for establishing and maintaining good business relationships.
- Optimise all aspects of the affiliate program through existing and new networks.
- Develop and monitor promotions.
- Prepare materials and descriptions of products.
- Produce relevant reports to management.
- Create a coherent business development strategy.
- Lead expansion of and directly influence the structure of the team as hires happen.
- Monitor, forecast, and report on pipeline activity and growth.
- Deliver key growth targets to the business.
- Operate from a home-office, self-generating key opportunities to win new business.
- Continually maintain an effective understanding of the FX market and broader business/economic landscape.
- Travel to various locations and attend seminars and educational meetings.
- Carry out any further duties assigned by their line manager.
- Contribute to a positive and dynamic working environment.
Requirements
- 2+ years experience in sales and trading knowledge is advantageous.
- Sales-driven attitude with the ability to work independently and meet targets.
- Familiarity with online Trading or Financial Markets.
- Ability to travel extensively across the West Africa region.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
- High level of professionalism and work ethic.
- Excellent English and French communication skills.
- Fluency in Arabic will be considered a strong advantage.
- Prior experience in client-facing or sales roles will be an advantage.
