Business Development Executive

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Business Development Executive to join our team at iQuest, focusing on the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) region. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the staffing and recruitment industry, with a proven track record of acquiring clients in Gulf markets. This role is crucial for driving our business growth and expanding our presence in the GCC region. Key Responsibilities: - GCC Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities across the GCC region to enhance our client base. - Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients and key decision-makers to foster long-term partnerships. - Negotiation and Deal Closure: Negotiate commercial terms, finalize agreements, and successfully close business deals to meet revenue targets. - Network Development: Expand the company's professional network within the GCC staffing and recruitment market to increase visibility and opportunities. - Lead Generation: Utilize LinkedIn, social media, job portals, and other relevant platforms to generate business leads and enhance our market reach. Qualifications and Experience: - A minimum of 2 years of experience in Business Development or Sales within the staffing and recruitment industry is mandatory. - Proven experience in Gulf/GCC staffing and client acquisition is essential. - Strong understanding of the GCC recruitment market and client requirements. - Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills are required. - Ability to independently generate leads, engage prospective clients, and close deals effectively. - Proficiency in using LinkedIn, social media, and other relevant platforms for business development is necessary. This position offers a competitive salary range of 2.5 Lakh to 6.0 Lakh INR, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
