Business Development Executive

We are looking for energetic and target-driven US Sales Executives for our Dehradun office. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, confidence in working with international clients, and the ability to meet sales targets in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Handle outbound/inbound sales calls with US-based customers.
• Generate leads and convert prospects into customers.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and follow up regularly.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, sales, and customer interactions in CRM.
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth customer onboarding and support.

Requirements:

• Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
• Minimum qualification: Graduate or Undergraduate.
• Experience in international sales/process preferred.
• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
• Comfortable working on night shifts.
• Basic computer and CRM knowledge.
• Positive attitude and target-oriented mindset.
• Prior experience in US Sales / International BPO / Lead Generation.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Good interpersonal and teamwork skills.
