About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive who enjoys meeting people, creating business opportunities, and closing deals. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth by generating qualified leads, building strong client relationships, and converting prospects into long-term customers.

Key Responsibilities

* Prospect and generate qualified leads weekly through cold outreach, referrals, networking, LinkedIn, email, and physical visits.
* Build and maintain relationships with business owners and key decision-makers.
* Prepare business proposals with support from the internal team.
* Maintain an active and accurate sales pipeline using the company's CRM.
* Convert clients into repeat business and referral opportunities.

Requirements

* 2–5 years of experience in B2B sales or business development.
* Experience selling technology services, websites, SaaS solutions, software, or digital services is a strong advantage.
* Confident engaging with business owners and senior decision-makers.
* Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT) to improve productivity.
* An existing professional business network is an added advantage.

Compensation & Benefits

* Base Salary: ₦200,000 per month.
* Commission: 10% on every successfully completed and paid project (uncapped).
* Performance-based compensation review after the 3-month probation period.
