As a Business Development Executive, you'll work closely with our Business Development Director to help grow Liveo's business and build relationships with clients across Singapore.
This is an excellent opportunity to gain practical experience in business development, client engagement and project coordination within a technology startup.
Your responsibilities include:
- Research prospective clients and identify business opportunities
- Conduct client outreach through phone calls, emails and LinkedIn to introduce Liveo's solutions and arrange appointments
- Prepare presentation slides, proposals and quotations
- Coordinate meetings, product demonstrations and follow up with prospective clients
- Maintain customer records and update the CRM system
- Support tender submissions and business development administration
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project implementation
- Attend client meetings, networking events and site visits when required
Who We're Looking For:
- Diploma in Business, Marketing, Communications or a related discipline
- Recent polytechnic graduates are encouraged to apply
- No prior working experience required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable speaking with new people and conducting client outreach
- Organised, proactive and eagle to learn
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
