Business Development Executive #O&G

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, Petroleum, or Marine) or Business Administration/Marketing with a strong technical background.

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Business Development, Technical Sales, or Account Management within the TIC (Testing, Inspection, Certification), EPC, or technical engineering services industries.

• Solid understanding of inspection services, including NDT, Asset Integrity Management, QA/QC, Shop Inspection, Statutory Certification, and In-Service Inspection.

• Established network with Indonesian Oil & Gas operators, EPC contractors, IPPs, and PLN/state utilities.

• Strong commercial, negotiation, presentation, and contract structuring skills.

• Fluent in both written and spoken English and Bahasa Indonesia.
