We are seeking a motivated Business Development Executive with experience in IT services to support business growth.
Responsibilities:
- Promote IT services (Web & Mobile Application Development, UI/UX, Digital Marketing).
- Lead generation via LinkedIn, Freelancing Platforms, cold outreach, and referrals.
- Handle client communication and requirement discussions.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and close deals.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.
Requirements:
- Degree in Computer Science / IT or MBA.
- 2+ years of proven experience in IT business development or service-based roles.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Experience handling International clients.
- Target-driven, confident, and adaptable.
