Business Development Executive
Job Summary
We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented Business Development Executive to join our dynamic team. This role plays a key part in supporting business growth through data-driven insights, strong stakeholder collaboration, and seamless coordination of business activities, including industry events and partner engagements.
Responsibilities
Business Reporting & Insights
- Prepare timely, accurate, and insightful reports for management, highlighting key performance trends, challenges, and opportunities.
- Design, enhance, and streamline management reporting processes to ensure efficiency and speed.
Market & Industry Intelligence
- Stay informed on market developments, industry trends, and best practices in the industry.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with internal stakeholders, including department heads, to support various business initiatives and ad-hoc assignments.
- Collaborate with external partners such as insurer partners and vendors to ensure smooth coordination, execution, and implementation of projects and events.
Event Coordination
- Assist in planning, organizing, and executing corporate events and business activities, ensuring seamless end-to-end coordination.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- Prior experience in business development or financial services preferably within the financial advisory sector.
- Strong attention to detail with a structured and organized approach to work.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); experience with Microsoft Power BI is an advantage.
- Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to cultivate and maintain effective professional partnerships.
