About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Executive to drive business growth, acquire new clients and expand market presence across HR services, including recruitment, outsourcing, learning & development, background checks and HR advisory.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, prospect and convert new business opportunities across Lagos and other key commercial hubs in Nigeria.
• Drive sales of HR services, including recruitment, outsourcing, L&D, background checks and HR advisory.
• Develop and execute market-entry and account growth strategies.
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
• Prepare proposals, conduct presentations and negotiate contracts.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients.

Requirements

• Minimum of 4–7 years' experience in Business Development or Sales.
• Experience within HR services, consulting, recruitment or professional services.
• Proven track record of selling B2B services to Nigerian organizations.
• Strong business development, negotiation and relationship management skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Results-driven with a strong understanding of the Nigerian business environment.
