  Role Overview
  
  We are seeking a motivated IT Sales Executive with experience in selling software development and IT services. The ideal candidate should be skilled in lead generation, client acquisition, consultative selling, and closing deals while consistently achieving sales targets.
  
  Key Responsibilities
  
  * Generate new business through LinkedIn, email campaigns, networking, and referrals.
  * Identify client requirements and recommend suitable IT solutions.
  * Conduct discovery calls, client meetings, and presentations.
  * Prepare proposals, negotiate commercial terms, and close deals.
  * Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
  * Collaborate with technical teams for solutioning and project handover.
  * Maintain CRM and achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.

Qualifications
BBA, MBA (Marketing), or a Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Management, or a related discipline.
