Summary


The Business Development Executive – Property Services is responsible for growing Florida Paints’ commercial repaint business across the assigned territory by developing strategic relationships with property managers and structural engineers. This role drives revenue through CEU presentations, product and system recommendations, and equipping the regional sales force with the tactics and tools needed to meet segment targets.


Duties & Responsibilities


  • Build lasting relationships with key engineers, designers, and property management firms within the assigned territory.
  • Update and maintain Florida Paints’ literature in engineering offices where Florida Paints already has a presence.
  • Prepare and conduct CEU presentations to engineers, designers, and property management firms.
  • Participate in trade shows and local professional trade organizations, such as CAI (Community Associations Institute), to increase Florida Paints’ presence in the commercial repaint arena.
  • Develop and execute an annual territory business plan.
  • Ensure timely management of customer information and communication, using our CRM program as a sales tool to drive effective sales funnel growth.
  • Prepare and submit territory pipeline performance reports and progress toward sales goals as directed by the Regional Vice President of Sales.
  • Identify and target prospective property management firms and structural engineering practices within the assigned territory to generate new business opportunities.
  • Train and support the regional sales team on property services strategies, product knowledge, and sales tactics to advance the sales process and meet segment targets.
  • Meet or exceed established revenue targets and sales goals within the assigned territory.
