Business Development Executive (Recruitment / Basic + Monthly incentives)

Job Highlights:

• Uncapped Monthly Commissions

• Exposure across multiple industries (Logistics & Supply Chain, Manufacturing & Engineering, Healthcare, Technology, Banking & Finance, F&B & Retail etc.)
  

Responsibilities:

• Identify and acquire new corporate clients requiring recruitment, staffing and manpower solutions.

• Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, prospecting, referrals, networking, LinkedIn and other sales channels.

• Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to understand upcoming vacancies, manpower forecasts and expansion plans.

• Work closely with the Talent Acquisition Team to communicate job requirements, candidate profiles, salary expectations and hiring priorities.

• Monitor hiring trends, competitor activities and manpower demand across different industries.

• Develop and maintain a healthy sales pipeline of prospective clients and business opportunities.

• Achieve assigned monthly sales, gross profit and new-client acquisition targets.

Requirements:

• Strong sales-driven mindset with proven ability to generate leads and close deals.

• Self-motivated, proactive and comfortable working towards sales targets/KPIs.

• Experience in the recruitment industry is an added advantage
