Job Summary
Join CONNEX as a Business Development Executive to drive growth in caregiving services by building client relationships, developing referral networks, and coordinating service delivery with caregivers and partners.
Responsibilities
- Identify and approach potential clients requiring caregiving and related support services to expand the customer base
- Respond promptly to enquiries from prospective clients and assess their caregiving needs accurately
- Conduct outbound calls and follow up on sales leads to generate new business opportunities
- Arrange and lead meetings to present caregiving services to prospective clients and community partners
- Develop and maintain referral relationships with organisations and community partners to increase service reach
- Support digital, social media, and ground marketing activities to enhance brand visibility and client engagement
- Maintain an organized pipeline of prospects, enquiries, and business opportunities for effective follow-up
- Follow up consistently from initial enquiry through to service commencement to ensure client conversion
- Gather market feedback and identify opportunities for new services and partnerships to support business growth
Client & Service Coordination
- Understand client requirements and match appropriate caregivers to meet their specific needs
- Coordinate communication and logistics between clients, caregivers, and internal operations to ensure smooth service delivery
- Follow up after caregiver deployment to confirm service expectations are met and address any concerns
- Maintain accurate records of clients, caregivers, enquiries, and placements for operational efficiency
- Assist in resolving day-to-day service issues promptly to maintain client satisfaction
Required competencies and certifications
- Diploma or equivalent qualification
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic CRM/database systems for client and service management
- Effective communication skills to engage with caregivers, families, and business partners
- Comfort with cold calling, prospecting, and meeting new people to drive business development
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Experience in recruitment, staffing, sales, business development, customer service, or healthcare/caregiving services
- Recruitment or employment agency experience
