Business Development Executive
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive with experience in SEO and Digital Marketing services sales. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with bidding platforms such as Upwork and should be capable of generating leads, communicating with international clients, and converting prospects into long-term business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
Generate new business opportunities for SEO, Digital Marketing, and Web/Mobile Development services.
Identify potential clients on Upwork and other freelancing platforms.
Prepare and submit proposals, bids, and customized solutions according to client requirements.
Communicate with clients through chat, calls, and emails to understand project scope.
Convert the leads into successful business deals.
Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
Coordinate with the technical and marketing teams to ensure smooth project execution.
Achieve monthly sales targets and revenue goals.
Maintain records of sales activities, leads, and conversions.
Requirements
Experience with Upwork bidding and proposal writing.
Strong understanding of SEO, Digital Marketing, and IT services.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to analyze client requirements and propose suitable solutions.
Experience in lead generation and client conversion.
Knowledge of CRM tools and sales pipelines will be an advantage.
