- Identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Engage with potential customers to offer solutions
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and related documents
- Ensure product inclusion in tender documents
- Address and resolve customer complaints
- Provide positive assistance and guidance to customers
- Monitor and execute various sales plans and activities
