BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE

We are looking for a motivated Business Development Executive to join our growing maid agency team. You will be responsible for bringing in new clients, building partnerships, and driving sales growth for domestic helper placement services.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new leads through online and offline channels
• Promote maid agency services (Indonesian / Filipino / Myanmar helpers etc.)
• Handle walk-in customers and follow up enquiries
• Build relationships with employers, referrals, and partners
• Achieve monthly sales targets and commission goals
• Coordinate with operations team for smooth placement process
• Maintain customer database and follow-up pipeline
