Key Responsibilities:
- Apply well-developed knowledge of facade defects, building envelope performance, and rectification methods to provide technical credibility in client engagements.
- Develop and maintain relationships with contractors, developers, architects, and suppliers.
- Identify new business opportunities within the construction industry.
- Present and promote products/services to prospective clients through meetings, presentations, and site visits.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to maximize profitability while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with project manager and technical teams to align solutions with client requirements.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to inform sales strategies.
- Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates for management.
- Attend trade shows, industry events, and networking opportunities to expand market presence.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in facade construction, sales, business development, or client relationship management.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong relationship-building ability with both current and prospective clients.
- Collaborative mindset to work with management on sales goals, planning, and forecasting.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings, trade shows, and industry events.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and adaptable to dynamic business environments.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in maintaining prospect databases and pipelines.
